Why YakDeck links out
YakDeck links to manufacturer product pages, official manuals, and government sources so readers can review the material supporting a claim. A link is not a statement that a product is right for every reader, that a source will remain unchanged, or that a listed product is available through a particular seller.
Editorial independence
YakDeck does not test kayaks on the water and does not make first-person product claims. It distinguishes published specifications from legal requirements and from any clearly labeled owner-consensus statement. Where a source does not establish an answer, YakDeck does not fill the gap with an invented specification, price, review quote, or performance claim.
Future changes
